We complete a Competitive Market Analysis each year prior to your annual renewal to ensure you still have the benefit program that best meets your needs.

We have direct experience in all levels of the industry: agency, underwriting, claims, benefit plan designs, provider relations, and account management. Education
Training and education are essential at all levels. Benefaction believes in a train-the-trainer approach. We provide full training and a customized Benefit Administration Handbook to your company's HR staff. Our goal is to educate your HR staff to fully understand your benefit program and be able to communicate the value of your program to your employees. However, we don't stop at the HR staff. We have full communication programs including employee payroll inserts, email notifications, and other forms of custom communication to educate your employees on how to obtain the highest value from your benefit program. We emphasize wellness programs and discount programs available from your insurance carrier and educate your employees on the services and programs available to increase their health and satisfaction.
